The Battle of Tuqlaqabad between Hemu and the Mughal Governor of Delhi, saw Hemu enter Delhi and become the first Hindu ruler to have sat on the throne since 1192. It was unfortunately a short lived reign since just three weeks later he lost the crucial Second Battle of Panipat.
